Three more questions

1. Are all applications submitted before the deadline considered equal, or are those submitted earliest given preference?

2. How much of a factor is prior community service in being accepted? I've never engaged in any volunteering before; does this make it unlikely that I'll get in?

3. On the Coconino County forms, at the very end, in the paragraph titled "Conditions of Employment," there is the following sentence: "I understand that, if accepted for employment, I shall be required to sign a loyalty oath...." Do you know what this loyalty oath is about? What are we pledging our loyalty to?

Thanks

1. All of our applicants for

1. All of our applicants for a given term are interviewed during the same time period, so they are equal to begin with.

2. It doesn't rule out selection, but it helps.

3. All government employees, which you will be considered if you're accepted (we're a program of Coconino County Community Services), have to sign said oaths to the government unit they serve. It basically says you won't overthrow the government.

And, in response your other question, when we receive your application, we'll contact you to see which term you're interested in.

One more question: Where do

One more question: Where do you indicate which crew you're applying for? Or is it just implied by when the application comes in?
