Hey there!

We have a room opening up in our house come July. It's an all CREC house and is walking distance to downtown and many other things. The rent is $300/month, a $200 deposit, + utilities which fluctuates based on the season and how wasteful you are (It's usually less than $50 though). We've got internet, washer/dryer, a tv for dvd's (no cable) and cool, fun housemates. Also, if you won't have a car, some of the housemates do...so I'm sure they could help you out if need be. We have some spare beds in our garage if you want and if you need to move in a bit earlier, I'm sure we could figure something out.
