I have a recently-vacated room available for rent on September 1st. It is located in a 3-bed/2.5-bath two-story townhouse with yard, garage, and off-street parking. Bathroom is shared with one clean male. The other roommate is female.

It is a half mile from downtown, on the corner of W. Birch and Thorpe. We are directly across the street from Thorpe Park, with easy access to the tennis courts, Adult Center/weight room, playground with ridable dinosaur, disc golf course, and numerous hike/bike trails. We have a washer/dryer, cable internet, and DirectTV (as well as a large TV to relax in front of).

We are two early 20s students and outdoors enthusiasts. We enjoy bikes, hiking, climbing, beers, cartoon network, nature shows, and relaxing in our quiet and laid-back home. Drama queens and people who won't clean up after themselves would probably not fit in, but other than that, we are very chill.

Rent is $320 per month. Bills are negotiable when you leave town for work. No lease to sign, but we require a deposit.
