BenefitsYCC members are paid a stipend of $590 every two weeks, which is the equivalent of $7.25/hour. 17 and 18 year old members are also eligible to receive an AmeriCorps Education Award of $1,000 upon successful completion of their 300-hour term. CREC's Youth Conservation Corps is a program designed to introduce high-school aged Corpsmembers to community service and resource conservation through hands-on project work with a variety of land-management and community partners. |
